What are my payment options?

You may order online through our secured server either by credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover or you may pay by virtual check. You can also call us directly 1-888-41-BELLY. Be sure to have your credit card ready. Cashier's Checks can also be processed by placing your order through the online order form.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! There will be a $15 charge for international orders that will appear on your credit card. Most international orders are received in approximately 4-6 weeks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, most customers receive their order sooner. International orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you still have not received your order within that time frame, you may contact us by email or by calling 1-888-41-BELLY, and we’ll be happy to track down your order.

What is your return policy?
You may exchange or return your UNOPENED merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Simply send the merchandise to our Beverly Hills address with a copy of your invoice and a brief note of reason for return. We will refund your purchase or exchange the merchandise minus the shipping/handling charge.

I’m having problems with the product I ordered. What should I do?

For VHS, please check the tracking on your VCR first. If you feel your merchandise is defected, please return it immediately with a brief note of reason for the return, and we’ll be happy to replace it immediately. If you have any questions, please call 1-888-41-BELLY.
